It is no easy feat to be trapped at home all day long, but I think that a lot of us have slowly acclimated to this new way of life. However, I do wish I had taken better precautions. There are so many things I wish I had on hand — a tie-dye kit, a French press, a hammock and every craft supply known to man. But until I manage to procure those items, I am practicing gratitude for all that I do have. We all are, which is why I now present to you — the items we are extremely grateful to have right now.

My sleep schedule has been completely out of whack ever since I started spending all of my time at home. But research shows that following the same routine every night will help trick your body into falling asleep. I have been tricking my mind by applying Luna to my face every night. The scent calms me down, the retinol helps to improve signs of premature aging and I get to wake up with cherub soft skin. A win-win situation if I ever heard of one.
I used to scoff at the idea of working out at home, but alas, here we are. I am a pretty restless person, so I make sure to get at least 20 minutes of movement each day. I recently watched an IG Live where Sunday Riley talked about how she applies these products, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with the method. She mixes a pump or two of the serum with three or four drops of C.E.O. Glow, warms it between her hands and applies. Using this new trick after I wash my face has been awesome. I love warming them between my hands, and it really makes my skin glow!
Typically, in the afternoon, I get a craving for something sweet. If we were back at the office, I would raid the snack cabinets or grab a La Croix. However, I have now taken to what I call a “foureo” break — I’ll go eat four Lemon Oreo Thins at about 4 pm every day. They are so bright and lemony and crisp and are one of my very favorite parts of the day!
Before the outbreak, I really struggled to find a pair of yoga pants that I liked. I am not a huge fan of tight-fitting yoga pants or yoga leggings. However, in my closet, I found a pair of pants that I stole from my sister at some point and never returned. I have fallen in love with them and you will too! These yoga pants have a wider leg, so I do not feel as constricted. They have quickly become my go-to pants for my morning walks and runs (and also just chilling around the house!) I have two more pairs on the way to me now. That is how much I love them.

When the stay-at-home order began, I initially had a difficult time adjusting to at-home workouts. How will I get these gains with no gym? No gym, no problem. I lean more high-strung (translation: anxiety-ridden), and working out has always been my way of destressing. So with all my favorite studios closed, I have returned to my old friend: running.
