Sure, when you get to be a huge name in the Hollywood beauty game, working with the likes of Beyonce and Emma Stone, you could slap your name onto any product and watch it sell. But these aren’t any artists with any products. These pros developed lines to fill a void in the market, be it affordable products that treat and style multi-cultural hair, or clean, non-toxic makeup hybrids (i.e. foundation/concealer and blush/highlighter in one). Meet the latest launches from four glam squaders that are worthy of your attention.
Who: Kim Kimble, who’s made a name for herself as the go-to hairstylist to Beyonce and Zendaya.
Product Lines: Kimble Beauty and Kim Kimble Celebrity Series.
Kimble tells Sunday Edit that the pandemic played a role in her launching two new lines in the past 10 months: “My clients and friends were needing at-home solutions. Plus, I wanted to give the masses accessibility to the best hair they can achieve, so I decided to launch my lines.” Kimble Beauty debuted in the fall of 2020, with 6 products, including the Curly Butter Creme, a standout for keeping natural curls looking hydrated and fresh. And this spring, she followed with 17 products and tools as part of the Kim Kimble Celebrity Series. Though the products work on all hair types, they are particularly good for multi-cultural hair with formulas focused on nourishing textured hair and flat irons designed for minimal heat damage. Products in both of Kimble’s lines are designed not just to style hair (shape or hold) but to treat it “so you get the healthiest results possible,” says Kimble.
Inside Info: The in-demand stylist always uses her products on-set “when I’m doing hair for TV shows and photoshoots” and gives the products to her celebrity clients (her roster includes Oprah, Serena Williams, Mary J. Blige and Shakira) “and they tell me they love them. Especially those with natural hair.” The Suicide Squad actress Storm Reid is a fan of the Vibrating Flat Iron, designed to curl and straighten coarse hair effortlessly ($39.97).
Where to Buy: Kimble Beauty is sold at Sally Beauty, from $11.49 to $17.69; the Kim Kimble Celebrity Series is available at Walmart, from $9.97 to $49.97.
Who: Mara Roszak, an L.A.-based hairstylist known for elegant hairstyles with a touch of whimsy (think flowers incorporated into the looks or curves of the hairstyle that mimic the curve of a client’s dress). Her client list includes Emma Stone, Cara Delevingne, Kate Mara and Lily Collins.
Product: Roz Santa Lucia Styling Oil.
“Since I can remember, I wanted to create a hair oil because styling oil is the foundation for any and all hairstyles I create and the only product needed for air-drying,” Roszak tells Sunday Edit. This light-weight oil, infused with notes of vetiver and musk, can go onto wet hair before styling, concentrating it on the middle-to-ends of the hair. It can also go onto dry hair for added shine and frizz control. The oil launched in May, which Roszak calls ideal timing “since we tend to wear our hair more natural in the summer.”
Inside Info: It took Roszak three years to develop, “Perfecting it so that it could work on all hair types,” as she found other oils weren’t universal. “It doesn’t weigh the hair down and adds shine and smooths even the thickest curls.” She’s used it on Emma Stone, Kate Mara and Victoria Pedretti on the red carpet thus far, and undoubtedly all clients to come.

Who: Monika Blunder, the makeup artist responsible for many of Gemma Chan, Jessica Alba and Megan Fox’s most stunning red-carpet looks.
Product: Blunder Cover, an all-in-one foundation and concealer that comes in 14 shades and can be applied in a single layer or layered on for heavier coverage. Blunder, who launched the product last fall, was adamant the products be clean. “I was very specific and careful about every ingredient in Blunder Cover,” she tells Sunday Edit. “If there’s an option to choose a product that is free of harmful ingredients and known carcinogens, why wouldn’t I choose the clean options?” Instead, the creamy base is infused with antioxidant-rich and calming ingredients like arnica, chamomile and edelweiss. To apply, Blunder uses her Hybrid Cream Brush to smooth the foundation around the face, using a buffing motion for a flawless blend onto skin.
Insider Info: Blunder kept samples of the product in her kit to test on her clients before it was finalized. “It was my way of making sure it was perfect.” It’s still a staple in her kit and she’s used it recently on Megan Fox, America Ferrera and Jessica Alba. “It looks so beautiful and flawless on camera,” says the pro.

Who: Jamie Greenberg, an L.A.-based makeup artist that counts Kaley Cuoco, Chelsea Handler and Rashida Jones as regular clients.
The Product: Blush meets highlighter with the Blighlighter, now available in five shades. Using your fingertip, you dab on the silky formula to give cheeks a glowing flush. (Stay tuned for a lip product launching later this year, says Greenberg.) The Blighlighter, which debuted in three shades last fall, is clean, vegan and made with sustainable secondary packaging. “I care about what I put on my skin and my clients’ skin, so I wanted that to be reflected in my brands,” she says. “Not only is it clean, but it’s also formulated with soothing shea butter and hydrating hyaluronic acid. It’s good-for-the-skin makeup!”
Insider Info: Just over two years ago, Greenberg found herself mixing products to get the ideal blush-highlighter combination for her clients. Fast forward to the Blighlighter becoming a reality. “It gives my clients a perfect dewy glow. Kaley Cuoco loves The Pink One, Chelsea Handler loves The Nude One and Rashida Jones loves The Cherry One.”
