Kristen Stewart wears a custom Chanel Haute Couture dress to the premiere of her movie “Seberg.” But her makeup and hair take the look in a new direction. Makeup artist Stacey Panepinto embraces fall with a fuchsia smoky eye (color matched to her dress), and hair stylist Matthew Collins reminds us all of Stewart’s grunge aesthetic with a choppy comb-over, laced with black cord.
