From 2007 to 2011, Baze was on staff at
Glamour magazine as a Beauty Writer-Editor and Senior Beauty Editor. Previously, she served as Beauty Editor for
Vibe Vixen, a spin-off of the iconic music publication Vibe, and Associate Beauty Editor for Suede, a multicultural fashion and beauty magazine that was way ahead of its time. As a freelancer, her byline has appeared in
Essence, Marie Claire, Brides, People StyleWatch and Health, among others. When she is not working, she enjoys eating and cheers-ing her way through Brooklyn, Off-Broadway shows, group texting, fitness classes and complaining about the MTA (because it's better than talking about politics).
