You know Phoebe Dynevor’s romantic beauty looks for her role in Bridgerton — and believe it or not, her skin is even more glowy off-camera. In a video she recently filmed for Vogue, she walks us through her winter skincare routine that keeps her skin hydrated and healthy to take on whatever the day throws at her. “[Filming] Bridgerton was challenging because your skin is being put through so much. You’re not getting enough sleep and they’re putting makeup on you every day… makeup that’s going to clog [your] pores. It’s very intense for my skin,” she says in the video. To protect her skin barrier and add moisture back to her skin, she relies on Sunday Riley products to help her achieve her skin goals. “I’ve been obsessed with the brand ever since I first spent time in New York and my apartment was right next to a Sephora,” she says. We get into her morning regimen below:
Phoebe Dynevor’s Skincare Routine
C.E.O. 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum
If she’s not starting the day with a workout, Dynevor usually skips using a cleanser in the morning and splashes cold water on her face to wake up her complexion. This targeted treatment firms and plumps skin while illuminating skin using a powerful form of vitamin C — THD ascorbate — that quickly absorbs into your skin for instant results.
Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream
After her vitamin C serum absorbs, Dynevor pats in this multitasking eye cream to reduce the appearance of dark circles, calm the look of puffiness, and smooth out fine lines. It uses a combo of antioxidant-rich lutein, caffeine, and Brazilian ginseng root to instantly revive tired-looking eyes. It also adds moisture to the entire eye area thanks to cocoa and shea butter.
ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream
This lightweight face cream is “key for someone like me who has really dry skin,” she says. After she’s done massaging it onto her face, she makes sure to also rub it into her neck and chest for extra TLC below the chin. It features beetroot and coconut extract to pull moisture into the skin, then ceramides help seal in that hydration so skin remains soft and supple all day.
Juno Antioxidant + Superfood Face Oil
The actress relies on this cold-pressed, antioxidant-rich facial oil “especially in the winter” when skin is the driest. She applies it both day and night to reap the hydrating benefits of the vitamin-packed formula. Supported by omegas 3-6-9, it adds radiance to any skin type. After applying the face oil, Phoebe Dynevor also uses a gua sha tool to help her depuff her skin. “When I have an early morning, when I remember I’ll put this (Gua Sha tool) in the fridge the night before. I’ll use it in the car on the way to work. I feel like it kind of depuffs.”
Light Hearted Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen
To top off her morning skincare routine, she never leaves the house without sunscreen. “I think I was about 13 when I started wearing SPF every day and I think it’s a game-changer,” she says. Not only does this sunscreen protect against both UVA and UVB rays, but it also has blue-light-blocking xanthophyll. It leaves behind a velvety, soft finish without an oily or white residue.
